How to Setup Workouts

  • Step 1 - Create exercises to add to a routine. For example you may want to have exercises such as bench press, exercise bike, pushups which you wish to create.

  • Step 2 - Create a routine. Routines are the same as a workout, it consists of multiple exercises you perform during a given workout. For example you may have a MWF Upperbody Routine which consists of Bench press, pullups, etc.

  • Step 3 - Add todays workout results. Once you have setup your exercises and routines you can just go ahead and add your workout results. Select your routine and then add the appropriate data.
